We are over here at No.78/B on 30th Cross in Rajajinagar 2nd Stage. Most of the time, the office is just a place where we keep our files and meet up before heading out to different sites around Bangalore. It gets pretty busy on this street, especially with all the traffic coming through this part of the city. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. Some days it is just about managing workers or checking on materials that need to arrive. Construction work is never really finished, and there is always something that needs fixing or looking at twice. We aren't a huge team, but we get the job done. Sometimes the weather in Karnataka makes things slow down, like when it rains suddenly in the afternoons, but we just wait it out. People around Rajajinagar know where to find us if they have questions about building stuff. It’s a lot of phone calls and sitting through meetings, then driving out to see how things are looking on the ground. We don't have fancy furniture or anything, just what we need to keep the business moving. Most of us have lived in Bangalore for years, so we know the shortcuts and how to deal with the local suppliers. It’s hard work, but that’s just how it goes when you’re in buildtech. We try to keep things simple and just focus on what is in front of us today.
