We are located at No. 189, though many people still know it as Old No. 64. Our office is on 5th Cross Road in Malleswaram, right near the bridge. It’s an old part of Bangalore with a lot of history. The streets are a bit narrow and it can be hard to find a parking spot if you come at the wrong time. We’ve been in this building for quite some time. It has a lot of character, even if the walls could use a new coat of paint. We do buildtech work here, which means we spend a lot of time on site plans and engineering details. The office is usually quite busy. We have people dropping off supplies or coming in to talk about new projects. It can be a bit loud when the traffic on the bridge picks up. We have some old wooden desks and cabinets that have been with us since we started. We don't see the point in buying new ones if these still hold up. Our team is local and we’ve all been in the construction business for a long time. We know the ins and outs of working in Bangalore. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s what we know.
