You can find us at No. 31/2 on the first floor of the MCC Apartments. We’re located on 1st Main in Manivilas Garden, which is in the Basaveshwaranagar part of Bangalore. Being in an apartment building makes our office feel a bit different than a standard commercial space. It’s a bit more quiet and private, which we like for doing our planning. We have a few rooms that we’ve turned into our workspace. There are usually plenty of technical drawings spread out on the tables. We spend a lot of time on the phone with contractors and suppliers. It’s a lot of coordination to keep the buildtech projects moving along. The office doesn't have any big signs or flashy lights. We just have a small nameplate by the door. We like this area because it’s not as hectic as the city center. There are some nice trees along the road and it feels a bit more like a community. We’ve got a small balcony where we keep a few plants, though they don't always get enough water. We aren't trying to be a huge corporate office. We’re just a small team of people who know how to put buildings together. Most of our day is spent making sure the details are correct and the materials show up on time. It’s a simple way to run things, but it works for us.
