Eminence Buildtech Private Limited

Our office is at 11, Maruthi Extension in the Gayathri Nagar area of Bangalore. We are in the 560021 zip code. It’s a nice enough neighborhood, mostly residential with some small businesses mixed in. We’ve been working out of this spot for a while now. The building is just a regular one, nothing that stands out from the street. Inside, we have our desks set up for the buildtech work we do. It’s mostly about planning out construction projects and looking over blueprints. We have rolls of paper sitting in almost every corner. It can get a bit messy when we have several projects going at once. We don't have a cleaning crew that comes in every night, so sometimes there's a bit of dust on the shelves. Our team is pretty small and we all know each other's families. We usually have a bit of a chat in the morning before we start on the day's tasks. The traffic in Bangalore is always a problem, so we try to do most of our site visits in the middle of the day. We aren't a big firm with a lot of money to spend on fancy things. We just want to make sure the buildings we work on are solid and done right. It’s a lot of long hours and phone calls, but we are used to it by now and just keep pushing.
