Working with iron and steel is a tough job, but somebody has to do it. Our office is in Sneha Building, located in Rammaya Colony. It’s right on the Government Hospital Road, so there is always an ambulance siren or some crowd passing by. We are at D.No.22218/62 in Ward No.17. It’s a practical location for us. Embitee Iron & Steel isn’t about flashy advertisements. We just have our warehouse and our office space where we track orders and talk to suppliers. The air usually smells a bit like metal and dust, which is how we like it. It shows work is getting done. We have a small crew, and everyone knows their role. You won’t find any fancy artwork on our walls, just calendars and maybe a few photos of projects we’ve finished over the years. We take our tea breaks seriously because it’s the only time we really sit down. Most of the guys here are from around the colony or nearby villages. We speak plainly and we don't like wasting time on long meetings. If there is a problem with a shipment, we just call the guy and fix it. That is how we’ve always operated. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s honest. We are just local people providing what the construction guys need to build their houses and shops around here.
