Embassy Industrial Parks

We are based in the Embassy Golf Links Business Park, specifically in Block B at Pebble Beach. It’s a pretty large complex off the Intermediate Ring Road in Domlur. Usually, the first thing people talk about is the traffic getting here, especially near the ring road. Once you’re inside the park, it’s a lot quieter. We handle industrial parks and logistics spaces from this office. It’s a professional environment, but we try to keep it relaxed. There are a lot of glass windows and desks, and we spend a lot of time looking at site plans and maps. Since we are in the Pebble Beach block, we have a decent view of the green areas around the park. It’s a far cry from the noisy warehouses we actually manage. Most of the staff here is busy on the phone or in meetings about new developments. We don't have a lot of walk-in traffic, mostly just people we’ve scheduled to see. The cafeteria nearby is where most of us end up for lunch. It’s a bit of a trek from the main gate if you’re walking. We have a lot of files on different land parcels and building specs piled up. It’s just a regular office where we coordinate the construction and leasing of big industrial sheds across the country. It’s busy but organized in its own way. We've been here for a few years now and it feels like a second home to most of the team working here.
