You’ll find us over at the Embassy Golf Link Business Park, right off the Intermediate Ring Road. It’s one of those big areas where a lot of companies are clustered together. We’ve been here at Embassy Industrial Parks for a while now. The commute can be a bit of a pain depending on the traffic on the ring road, but the park itself is quite nice with a bit of green here and there. We mostly spend our time looking at plans for warehouses and industrial spaces. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, making sure the logistics for these big parks are actually working like they should. We don’t really go in for anything too flashy in the office. It’s just a practical space where we can sit down and get through the day's tasks. Usually, there’s a lot of talk about square footage and loading docks. Being near the golf course is a bit of a contrast to the industrial stuff we manage, but it makes for a decent view when you walk to the canteen. The weather in Bangalore is usually okay, so that helps when we have to go out to different sites. We’re just a bunch of people trying to keep the industrial side of things organized from this corner of the city. No big mystery to it, just regular daily operations. It’s a steady job and we like the people we work with here.
