Our workspace is located at B23/1 in the Drdo Complex in Cv Raman Nagar, Bangalore. The pin code is 560093. We go by the name Email Support Exucative/ Customer Support. Being in the Drdo Complex means we are in a fairly secure and well-maintained area. The office itself is quite functional, designed for a team that spends most of its time on the computer. There are rows of desks with monitors and keyboards, and the sound of typing is pretty much the only thing you hear most of the day. Bangalore is known for its tech industry, and we are just one small part of that big machine. We handle a lot of emails and customer queries, so we have to stay focused. There’s a small area where we can sit and have lunch or take a quick break from the screens. We don’t have any fancy decorations or motivational posters on the walls. It’s just a plain, clean office where we get our work done. The team is a mix of different people, but we all get along well enough. We don't have any big corporate events or anything like that. We just show up for our shifts, do our best to help the people who contact us, and then head home. It’s a straightforward job in a straightforward office, and that suits us just fine. Most days are pretty much the same around here, just keeping up with the messages.
