Els Spelsberg

You can find us over in Frazer Town, specifically at 13 E Street just off Coles Road. It’s an interesting part of Bangalore to be in. The area has a lot of old character, and we like being tucked away on a side street rather than right on the main road where it's too noisy. Els Spelsberg is basically just a group of us working out of this office. We don’t have a big sign or a fancy lobby with a receptionist. Most of the time, it’s just the sound of keyboards and people talking on phones or drinking tea. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. The commute into Frazer Town can be a bit of a crawl during peak hours, which is something we all complain about together in the mornings. But once we’re inside, things are pretty relaxed and informal. We don’t follow a strict corporate manual or anything like that. If something needs fixing, we just fix it ourselves. If the coffee runs out, someone goes and gets more from the local market. It’s a very hands-on way of working. We deal with whatever comes our way each day. The neighborhood has some great places to eat, so lunch is usually a highlight when we can step out for twenty minutes. We’re just a local team trying to stay organized and keep the business running smoothly without making things too complicated.
