Elite Security Service is based right on New Thippasandra Main Road. We are the office located adjacent to the Canara Bank. It is a busy spot and people often see us when they are heading to the ATM or doing their banking. Our daily work involves a lot of phone calls and managing schedules for the guards we have at different locations. I usually get in early to make sure the night shift went okay and the day shift is starting on time. The office itself is pretty simple. We just have some basic desks, chairs, and a lot of logbooks stacked up. It’s not a fancy corporate place, just a local office where we get the work done. The street outside is always noisy with traffic and people walking by. Sometimes folks wander in thinking we are part of the bank, and we have to point them next door. Keeping everything organized is the hardest part because things change fast in the security business. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the daily tasks of making sure the guards are where they need to be. If you walk past the bank on New Thippasandra Main Road, you will see our sign. It’s a bit faded from the sun, but we are there every day. It’s a lot of coordination and long hours, but it is what we do. We just try to keep things moving.
