We are located up on the 4th floor of SK Towers. It is a busy building on Narayana Pillai Street. Getting the elevator to work can be a pain sometimes, but the view of St Johns Road from up here is alright. We do interior work at Eleganz Interiors Pvt Ltd. This means we spend a lot of time picking out tiles, looking at wood samples, and trying to figure out why a cabinet door won't shut right. It is a lot of running around Bharathi Nagar. Most of us have been doing this for years. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just like making spaces look better. Our office is usually full of fabric swatches and paint cans. It gets messy. Sometimes a client comes in and we have to clear off a chair for them to sit. We work with a few local carpenters and painters we have known for a long time. It is a small team here. We handle the paperwork and the designs, then we go out to the sites to see how the actual work is going. It is not always pretty. There is dust and noise, but that is just how it is with construction and interiors. We try to be honest about how long things take. Things go wrong sometimes, like a delivery being late or a color looking different on the wall, and we just deal with it. It is just a local business.
