We’re over at No. 93-A in the Industrial Suburb of Yeshwanthpur. Electronics Relays India pvt. Ltd. has been part of this neighborhood for quite a long stretch now. The area is always buzzing with activity, and our shop is no different. Inside, it’s mostly rows of components, soldering stations, and testing rigs. It’s not the cleanest or the most modern-looking place, but it’s functional. We have a small crew of people who have been here forever, and they know exactly where every part is kept, even if the labeling isn't always perfect. We don't put much stock in fancy titles or corporate structures. If something needs doing, someone just grabs a tool and does it. The fan in the corner wobbles a lot, and we keep saying we’ll fix it, but we always end up working on a relay instead. We aren't interested in making big promises or using words like "innovation" every five minutes. We just want to make sure the electronic parts we put together work the way they should when they leave the door. Sometimes the street outside gets flooded when it rains heavily, and we have to move some boxes off the floor, but that’s just life in Yeshwanthpur. We take the good days with the bad and just keep the production line moving as best as we can. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living and we are proud of the work we do.
