We set up Electromack Systems India over in Hadapsar. Specifically, we’re located in Rabrindranath Tagore Nagar. It’s a good spot for us. The building is simple and does what we need it to do. We deal with systems and electrical stuff most of the time. It can be greasy work or sometimes very technical, depending on the day. We don’t have a marketing team writing stuff for us, so this is just us speaking plainly. We show up, do the work, and go home. That’s the rhythm of our week. The neighborhood has a lot of small businesses like ours, which we like. It feels like everyone is just trying to make a living and do a decent job. We have a few benches outside where we sit during lunch when the weather isn't too hot. You won't find any corporate slogans on our walls. We just have calendars and maybe a few old photos of the place when we first moved in. We’ve been around Hadapsar long enough that people know our faces. We don't promise anything crazy. We just say we'll take a look and see what we can do. It's a practical way to run a business. If things break, we try to fix them. If we can't, we're honest about it. That's just how we operate. We don't need things to be more complicated than they already are.
