You can find Elcicon Associates at 59 on the ground floor of the Wilson Garden Housing Board Layout in J P Nagar 7th Phase. We’ve been based here in Bangalore for a while, and it’s a decent spot for an office. We handle various project tasks, mostly sitting around the big table looking at plans or talking to vendors on the phone. It’s not a high-tech setup, just some computers, a printer that jams occasionally, and plenty of pens. Our day starts early because that’s when the work gets done before the Bangalore traffic really kicks in. We don’t put on airs here; it’s just a group of us working on whatever project is currently on the desk. Sometimes it’s design work, other times it’s just sorting out the logistics for a client. We’ve been in J P Nagar long enough that we know the local tea stall owners by name. People come to us when they need something practical done without a lot of corporate talk. We explain things in plain English and don’t use those confusing industry buzzwords. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and it seems to work for us. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in town, just the one that does the job right and stays within the budget.
