Edumedia (India) Pvt Ltd is located at 175, 2nd Cross in Malleshwaram. It’s a pretty quiet street most of the time. We’ve been here for a while and the office is just a regular house that we converted into a workspace. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights outside. Inside, it’s mostly just us working on computers and talking about educational projects. We deal with a lot of media stuff, like videos and books, but it’s not as exciting as it sounds. Most of it is just sitting at a desk and checking for mistakes. We are a small team and we don’t really have a hierarchy. If something needs to be done, whoever is free just does it. Malleshwaram is a nice area and we like being away from the really noisy parts of the city. We don’t have any corporate slogans or big goals we talk about. We just take one project at a time and try to finish it. Sometimes the internet goes down or we run out of space for all our files, and we just have to manage. It’s a very practical environment. We don’t spend much time on meetings about "culture" or anything like that. We just do the work we are given. It’s a steady pace and it’s worked for us for a long time now.
