Edifice Builders

Our place is at Number 7 in the Osborne Orchid Apartments on Osborne Road. We are tucked away right behind the old Lavanya Theater, so it is a pretty easy landmark for anyone trying to find us. Bangalore 42 is a busy area but our little corner in the apartment complex is relatively quiet most of the time. Edifice Builders operates out of this spot and it feels more like a home than a stiff office. There are always rolls of blueprints sitting on the dining table and the shelves are stuffed with site samples and old files. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs more often than we would like. It is a practical space where we sit down and figure out how to get things built. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that. People usually just hear about us from someone else and give us a call or drop by. We spend a lot of our time out at different sites, so the office is sometimes empty in the middle of the day. When we are here, we are usually busy on the phone or trying to fix the printer again. It is just a normal local business life. We like the neighborhood because everything we need is just around the corner, from the hardware store to the tea stall.
