Edifice Architects Pvt Ltd is located over in Austin Town at Late Patel Ramakeeshm 8. We’ve been based in this neighborhood for a while, and it’s a good spot for us. Our office is a bit crowded with desks and old models of buildings we’ve worked on over the years. We aren’t the kind of place with a glass front or a receptionist in a suit. It’s usually just a few of us in t-shirts working on CAD files or arguing about where a column should go. We do a mix of things, from small houses to bigger commercial spaces, but the approach is always the same. We just look at what needs doing and try to find a way to make it work without it costing a fortune. Austin Town is a lively area, and we like being right in the middle of it. Sometimes the neighbors come in just to say hello, which is fine by us. We don't have a big mission or a fancy philosophy. We just like building stuff that stays up and looks decent. The office can be a bit of a mess, with rolls of blueprints everywhere and half-empty coffee cups, but we know where everything is. We just do our work, talk to the contractors, and try to make sure the buildings come out right. It’s a practical way to spend the day. There is a small bakery nearby where we get snacks when the work goes late.
