Our office is on the second floor of Divyashree Chambers at No.10/2 on Langford Road. This is the 560025 area of Bangalore. We’ve been here at Eco 3 Design Consulting Pvt Ltd for some time now. The building is a big one, so we are just one small part of it. We spend our days going through data and looking at designs on our screens. It’s mostly quiet in our corner of the office. We have a small kitchen area where we eat lunch. Langford Road is a well-known street, so it’s easy for folks to get here. We don’t have any big signs or posters on the walls. We just have our work and each other. It’s a very practical environment. We don’t go in for all that corporate talk about visions and goals. We just show up in the morning and do what is on the schedule. Sometimes the work is repetitive, but it’s important. We have a few plants that someone forgets to water occasionally. It’s a normal office with people who care about getting things right. We don’t make a big deal out of what we do. It’s just work. When the day is over, we head home like everyone else in the city. The traffic on Langford Road can be a pain, but that’s just Bangalore for you. It takes a while to get anywhere during the evenings.
