Our facility is out on Soukya Road at number 211, in the Thirumalasetty Halli area. It’s a bit away from the main city buzz, which is actually quite nice. Eberspaecher Suetrak BCCS India is where we handle a lot of climate control and thermal systems work. The space is quite large because we need the room for the units we work on. It’s a lot of metal, wires, and testing equipment. We don't have a polished lobby with a receptionist. Usually, if you show up, one of the guys from the floor will come over to see what you need. The road outside can get a bit dusty when the trucks go by, so we try to keep the doors closed as much as possible. Inside, it’s all about the technical details. We have large tables where we lay out parts and check the connections. It’s not the kind of job where you sit still for very long. We are constantly moving between the office area and the production floor. Lunch is usually a simple affair, sometimes eaten outside if the weather is decent. We don't use a lot of complicated words to describe what we do. We just make sure the systems are built right and work the way they should. The commute can be long for some of us, but we’ve got a good group here. It’s a straightforward environment where the focus is on the hardware and getting the job done properly. We just take it one day at a time here.
