Eaton Corporation

We are located at B-2, Swarna Residency, which is right in S G Palya, just opposite the LRDE building. Being in C V Raman Nagar means we are right in the thick of things in Bangalore. The traffic on the main road can be a real headache sometimes, especially when everyone is trying to get home in the evening. Our office is more like a residential setup, which actually makes it feel a bit more comfortable than a standard glass tower. We don't have a fancy sign or a big reception desk. Most of the people working here at Eaton Corporation just grab a desk and get started on their laptops every morning. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp and spend a good chunk of our day on calls or looking at spreadsheets. It’s a busy environment but we try to keep things relaxed among the staff. Sometimes we go out for a quick walk to the nearby shops just to get some air. The neighborhood is a mix of houses and offices, so it feels very lived-in. We don't really do the whole corporate jargon thing; we just try to solve the problems that come our way and keep our heads down. It’s a typical Bangalore workday for us, dealing with the heat, the traffic, and the tasks at hand.
