We are based at 47/A in Jayanagar 9th Block, which is a corner that stays pretty busy from morning to night. Our place is basically a working garage filled with cans of oil and different types of lubricants. There is usually a bit of a mess, with oil spots on the floor and our clothes getting stained, but that’s just the nature of the job. We deal with auto gas as well, so there are always cars pulling in and out. Jayanagar is a nice part of town, and the 9th Block has a lot of energy. We don't have a corporate office or a waiting room with magazines. Most of the time, our customers just stand around and talk to us while we work on their vehicles. We’ve been doing this for a long time, and we’ve seen all sorts of engines come through here. It’s practical work and it keeps us on our toes. The traffic on the road outside can be a bit much sometimes, but we’ve gotten used to the noise over the years. We don't do much in the way of promotion. People usually find us just by driving past or because they live nearby and need their oil changed. It’s a straightforward business and we just focus on getting the work done so people can get back on the road. It’s not fancy, but it’s what we do.
