We are based at No.11/4 in Suvarna Bhavan on Queens Road. If you know where the Sajyavani Building is, we are right beside it. E Spring Building Systems I Pvt Ltd has been in this part of Bangalore 560051 for quite a bit. The office is a straightforward place where we get our work done. We don’t have any slogans or mission statements on the walls. We just have desks and a lot of technical files. Queens Road is always moving, so there is plenty of energy outside. Inside, we just keep our heads down and work on whatever is on the desk that day. It’s a practical setup. We have a small area for making coffee and tea. We don’t have a receptionist, so if someone walks in, one of us just looks up and says hello. It’s very informal. The building has been around for a while and it shows its age a bit, but we like it that way. It has some personality. We are just regular people who know a lot about building systems. We don’t feel the need to act like a huge corporation. We just want to do our jobs and go home to our families. It’s a good life here on Queens Road. We’ve seen the city change a lot from this window. It’s always interesting to watch the traffic and the people go by. It keeps things from getting boring.
