Duracoat

Duracoat is located at B-7&8 in the KSSIDC Industrial Estate. This is out in the Hosakote Taluk area, near Chokkehalli. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but this is where the industrial space is. We have a couple of units next to each other. The estate is full of various small factories and workshops. Our place is pretty straightforward. We have the equipment set up and plenty of materials stored in the corners. The walls are a bit stained from the work we do, but that’s expected in an industrial unit. We start the day by getting the machines ready. It’s a routine that hasn't changed much over the years. We have a small area for lunch and breaks. Most of the time, we are busy on the floor. There’s no air conditioning, just some large fans that move the air around. It gets quite warm in the afternoons. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters. We just answer the phone and deal with the people who come to the gate. The paperwork is done on a small desk that’s always covered in files. It’s a very practical way of living. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to get everything done before it gets dark. It’s a quiet life in the industrial estate, away from the noise of the city. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
