We operate out of Flat 201 in Block D of Harsha Pride. This is located on the 29th Cross of Kaggadaspura Main Road here in Bangalore. It’s a busy part of the 560093 zip code area. We deal with all kinds of courier and cargo tasks every day. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional place where we sort through deliveries and talk to customers. Being on the main road means we see a lot of the local traffic, which can be a headache sometimes but it keeps us connected to the neighborhood. We have a lot of regular people from around Kaggadaspura who stop by with their parcels. It gets a bit noisy with the vehicles outside, but you get used to it after a week or two. We try to stay organized with all the paperwork and tracking numbers, though it can get hectic during the holidays. The staff here are mostly local folks who know the Karnataka area well. We don’t spend much time on fancy decorations or anything like that. We just focus on the boxes stacked up and getting them to the right trucks. It’s a practical job. We’ve been in this building for some time now, and it feels like home for the work we do. There's always a pot of tea going and someone checking a delivery status. It is a straightforward operation here on the 29th Cross.
