Our place is located in Vijayanagar, specifically at Soundarya Lahari on the 2nd floor. Finding 49/65 on 3rd Cross in Amarjyotinagar can be a little tricky if you aren't from this part of Bangalore, but once you find the building, just come up the stairs. The office isn't very big, and we share the floor with a few other small businesses. We spend a lot of time sorting through envelopes and boxes that come in from all over. It’s a busy neighborhood, so there’s always people coming and going. Sometimes the stairs are a bit much if you’re carrying something heavy, but we usually step out to help if we see someone struggling. We don't have any shiny furniture or high-tech displays. Most of what we have is functional, like our scales and the sorting bins. The windows look out over the street, so we see the daily life of Amarjyotinagar while we work. We’ve had the same staff for a long time, so we know how to handle the busy seasons without getting stressed. It’s just a regular courier point where people bring their mail. We write out the labels, stick on the barcodes, and wait for the van to pick everything up in the evening. There isn't much more to it than that. It’s a steady rhythm that keeps us going from Monday to Saturday, year after year.
