You can find us at 153, 36th Cross in Jaya Nagar 7th Block. This part of Bangalore is pretty established, and we’ve been operating the Dtdc Courier & Cargo Ltd branch here for a while. It’s a busy little shop. People are always coming in with parcels, letters, or big boxes they need to send somewhere else. Jaya Nagar has a certain feel to it, and we fit right into the neighborhood routine. We spend a lot of time weighing packages and sticking labels on them. Sometimes the queue gets out the door, especially around the holidays or when exams are happening and students are sending papers. We try to keep things moving quickly, but sometimes the system is slow or someone didn’t tape their box right. It’s just us behind the counter doing the daily tasks. We don’t have a big fancy lobby, just the essentials for getting cargo and mail where it needs to go. The 36th Cross is a familiar spot for many people around here. We know the regulars who come in every week to send stuff to their kids abroad. It’s a straightforward business. We take the items, we process them, and then they go out on the next truck. No fuss, just the usual courier work in a busy part of town. We just hope the traffic isn't too bad when the pickup van arrives each evening.
