Down in Mayur Vihar Phase I, you’ll find our office for D.S.Gupta Contracts Pvt. Ltd. We are located at A-17 on the first floor of Gali Number 9. It’s a pretty standard Delhi street, always something going on. We moved into this space because it is central for our projects across the city. The office isn’t huge, but it fits our desks and all the technical drawings we need to keep on hand. We spend a lot of time talking to vendors and trying to get decent prices for steel and cement. It’s a lot of back and forth. Being on the first floor is nice, though the stairs can be a bit tiring after a long day at a construction site. We have a small crew that handles the admin side of things. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our jobs and go home to our families. Some days are stressful when things go wrong at a site, but we deal with it. We’ve been in Mayur Vihar for a bit now and we like the vibe of the area. There’s a good tea stall nearby where we go when we need a break from the phones. It is just a normal workplace with normal people trying to build stuff that stays up.
