DS Rao

My name is DS Rao and I run things from our office at 103 Mathikere. We are situated in Bridhavan nagar, specifically inside the Lokanand Appartments. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the busier parts of the city. I’ve been in this building for quite a while and most of the residents know who I am. It isn't a flashy retail storefront with glass windows. It is more of a practical workspace where we can sit down and focus on the paperwork. Mathikere is a good area to be in. We have seen a lot of people move in and out of the apartments over the years. I don't really like the way big companies talk, so I just keep things plain. If someone has a question about a property or needs some help with local stuff, they just come by the apartment. We handle the day-to-day business without making a fuss. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, but we don't mind the stairs. It is just a real, local operation. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just show up every morning and do the work that needs to be done. It’s a simple setup and that is how I prefer it. Being tucked away in Lokanand Appartments keeps things calm and we can actually talk to people properly. We don't need a big sign on the main road to do our jobs well.
