Donata Developers

Our office is on the 2nd floor over here at 10th Cross in Vasanthnagar. It’s a decent area in Bangalore, though the traffic on the way in can be a real headache some mornings. Donata Developers is basically where we sit down to look at plans and talk to people about building projects. We've got a small team here. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and checking on how things are going at different sites. The office at No. 25 isn't huge, but it works for what we need. We aren't trying to be some big corporate giant; we just focus on the work right in front of us. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks or we lose a pen, just like any other place. It’s a lot of coordination, making sure materials are where they should be and that the paperwork is sorted out with the city. Bangalore is growing so fast, so there's always something happening around the corner. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and sketches. It's not glamorous work, mostly just making sure the numbers add up and the walls go up straight. If you come by, you'll probably see us buried under a pile of blueprints or arguing about a delivery schedule. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now and know the local area quite well. It's just us doing our thing without making a big deal out of it.
