Total Infra Solutions- Builders And Developers

We are based in Domlur, which means we are right in the thick of things. Total Infra Solutions operates out of a space that’s seen better days, but it’s central and easy for people to get to, provided they don't mind the Domlur flyover traffic. We are builders and developers, but we aren't the kind you see on giant billboards. Our office is mostly filled with filing cabinets and rolls of drawings that we keep meaning to organize. It’s a busy atmosphere with the phones ringing and people coming in and out all day. We do a lot of the boring stuff like permits and paperwork that most people don't want to think about. It’s not a glamorous business. There is a lot of waiting around for things to get approved and a lot of time spent on the phone arguing with suppliers. We try to be honest about timelines, even when the news isn't great. Most of us have been in this line of work for a long time, so we’ve seen all the ways things can go wrong. We just try to keep things moving forward. We don't have a fancy reception area with free mints. It’s just a working office where we try to get projects off the ground without too much fuss. The tea guy nearby knows exactly how much sugar each of us likes, which is one of the small perks of being in this building.
