Jodhani Papers Ltd.

Jodhani Papers Ltd. is based out in the Doddaballapur Industrial Area, specifically at plots 32 and 33. We are quite close to the Factory Circle, which is the main landmark people use to find us. Out here, there’s plenty of space, which is good because paper takes up a lot of room. The facility is large and filled with the sound of machinery running through the shifts. You can often smell the pulp and the heat of the rollers when you walk onto the floor. It’s a long drive from the main city, but this is where the work gets done. We spend a lot of our time managing the inventory and making sure the machines are behaving. The floor is usually covered in some degree of paper dust, no matter how much we sweep. Our office is attached to the side of the main hall, so you can always hear the hum of production through the walls. We have a few big tables for checking sheets and a lot of shelving for samples. It’s a practical environment for a paper mill. We drink a lot of tea to stay focused during the long hours. There’s no fancy decoration here, just concrete floors and metal beams. We just focus on keeping the machines fed and the output steady. It’s honest work in a dusty place. Most of the guys have been here for years and know exactly how to handle the machinery.
