Dlf Laing O'Rourke(India)Limited

We are located over at Survey No:27/34 in Mahadevapura. It’s right on White Field Road in Bangalore, so there’s always a lot of traffic going past. Dlf Laing O'Rourke(India)Limited has been based here for a bit. The area has changed quite a bit since we started. It used to be much quieter, but now everything is growing so fast around us. We spend most of our time dealing with the usual day-to-day operations. There’s usually a lot of dust from the road and noise from the nearby construction, but that’s just Bangalore for you. Our office is functional. We have desks, computers, and a lot of tea. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the loudest company on the block. We just want to do our jobs right. People often get lost trying to find the specific survey number, but once you’re here, it’s easy to see what we do. We have a small team here. Everyone knows each other and we just get on with it. It’s not a corporate skyscraper or anything like that, just a practical place to work. Sometimes we stay late when things get busy. Other times we manage to leave on time. It’s a bit of a mix. We don’t really have a fancy philosophy. We just come in, handle the paperwork, talk to the crews, and keep moving forward. That’s life at the Bangalore office for us. It’s simple and it works for what we do.
