We are located at number 3 on the 3rd Cross of Garden School Road in Chikkalasandra. If you look right across from the Garden School in Manatha Nagar, you’ll see our place. It’s a busy little area, especially when school lets out. We do our home development work from this office in Bangalore. It’s a simple building where we keep our maps, tools, and all the paperwork that comes with building houses. We don’t have a big sign or anything fancy; most people know us just by word of mouth in the neighborhood. Our team is small, and we spend a lot of time out in the sun at our various construction sites. When we are in the office, we are usually arguing over schedules or checking the budget for the next phase of a project. It’s not a glamorous job, but we’ve been at it for years and know the local rules and regulations pretty well. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just have to sit and wait or go grab a coffee nearby until it comes back on. That’s just part of working in this part of Bangalore. We try to be honest about how long things take and what they cost. We don't try to make things sound better than they are. We just build homes and try to do a decent job of it.
