Our office is on the first floor of building number 23, over on 4th A Cross in the Ittamadu Layout. This is part of B S K 3rd Stage, 3rd Phase in Bangalore. Even though we are a division of the bigger Delhi group, our day-to-day operation here feels very local. We’ve been working out of this space for a while, focusing on homes around Karnataka. The office is pretty basic with just a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of rolled-up blueprints in the corner. We spend most of our time coordinating with workers and making sure we have enough materials on-site. It gets pretty busy around here, and the stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep if you aren't used to them. We don’t really have a big fancy entrance or a lobby. People just come up and find us working. We try to keep things simple and practical. If there’s a problem at a site, one of us just goes down there to look at it ourselves. We know the 560 085 area very well and have seen a lot of houses go up around here lately. It’s a lot of juggling different tasks, from dealing with permits to making sure the painters are doing their job right. We don't use a lot of big words; we just talk about the work that needs doing.
