Divyasree Developers

Our office for Divyasree Developers is located in the Vijayanagar area of Bangalore. We are specifically at CO Prasanna K 11/2, on the 21st Cross of the 7th Main in the CHBS Layout. It is a bit of a quiet residential layout compared to the main roads of Bangalore-40, which is nice when you are trying to concentrate on construction plans. The office is basically a few rooms where we keep our project files and drawing boards. It isn't a corporate skyscraper; it feels much more like a neighborhood business. We have the usual Bangalore problems like traffic on the way to the office and the occasional power cut. We spend most of our mornings going over site updates and the afternoons meeting with people who are interested in our developments. The CHBS Layout has a lot of trees, so it stays a bit cooler than the city center. We’ve got a small team here, and we all know each other well. There is usually a pot of coffee going, and the atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We don't put on a show for anyone. We just sit at our desks and work through the challenges of building in a city as busy as Bangalore. It’s a lot of coordination and phone calls, but we’ve been at it long enough that we have a good rhythm.
