Disa (India) Ltd is located right in the heart of the Peenya Industrial Area. If you have ever been to Peenya, you know it is all about factories, dust, and the sound of heavy machinery. We are at a spot marked 0.0416666666666667, which is just a technical way of finding us in this massive industrial layout. Our day-to-day is pretty loud. There is always a truck backing up or someone moving heavy crates around. The floors are concrete and usually have some scuff marks from the boots. We don't have a fancy reception area with soft chairs. It is more about the work happening in the back. The air smells like metal and oil most of the time. We have a small office section where the paperwork gets done, but most of the action is on the floor. It is a big space, but it always feels full. We have been in Peenya for a long time. The commute is a bit of a nightmare with the traffic, but we are used to it now. Workers come in early, and the machines start humming shortly after. It is a practical environment. We don't worry about how things look as long as the production is moving along. Sometimes the power goes out and everything goes quiet for a bit, which is a weird change. Then the generators kick in and we get back to it.
