Diabetes Clinik is situated at number 23 on Kanakapura Main Road, specifically in the Talaghattapura area. If you’re driving down, we are just before the Holiday Village Cross. It’s a simple clinic that focuses mostly on managing sugar levels and the things that go along with that. We aren't a big hospital with a thousand beds. A smaller place is what we are, where people come for their regular checkups. Managing diabetes is a long-term thing, so we see the same faces quite often. The staff knows most of the regulars by name. Blood tests are done right here and the doctor sits with people to go over their charts. There’s no fancy waiting lounge, just some rows of chairs and a water cooler. Keeping the atmosphere relaxed is important because people are often stressed about their health. The location is a bit away from the main city center. This makes it easier for the people living out towards Kanakapura. Flashy advertising isn't something we do. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been here for a bit and people know they can get their tests done without a lot of hassle. Sometimes the wait is a bit long if the morning crowd is large, but we try to be as efficient as possible. It’s just a straightforward clinic for a specific need.
