Dhrithi Projects

Dhrithi Projects operates out of Sadashiva Nagar, right at number 462 on Langford Road. It is a well-known area and we have been based here for a good stretch of time. Our work is mostly centered around various local projects that come our way throughout the year. We do not have a massive team, just a handful of us who know how to get things moving. Our office is often a bit cluttered with maps, technical drawings, and old photos from various sites we have visited. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting people at different locations around the city. It is not always a glamorous job; there is a lot of waiting for certain permits and dealing with paperwork that seems to take forever to process. We have a couple of old desks and chairs that have seen much better days. Sometimes we are out on a dusty site in the hot sun all day, and other times we are stuck inside typing up long reports. We do not use a lot of fancy corporate jargon when we talk. We just discuss what needs to be built or what needs fixing. The traffic on Langford Road can be a bit of a nightmare during the peak hours, so we try to time our site visits carefully. It is a lot of coordination and making sure everyone is on the same page.
