Our office is based in HSR Layout, Sector 6, right on the 4th Main and 14th Cross. It’s a decent part of Bengaluru, a bit more organized than the older areas, though it’s getting more crowded every year. We are up on the L-124 building. We’ve been here for a while, working on different energy solutions. The office is pretty basic, just a bunch of desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and stacks of documents. We don’t go in for fancy decorations or corporate branding. You won’t find any big mission statements on our walls. We just have some calendars and a few technical diagrams taped up. It’s a small team, and we all know each other well, so the atmosphere is quite relaxed. Most days are spent on the phone or working through spreadsheets. We have a small corner where we make coffee, and that’s about as fancy as it gets. We like the neighborhood because it’s easy to get around and there are plenty of small shops nearby. We don't really do any promotion or advertising. Most of our work comes from people who already know us or have heard about us from others. We just show up, do our jobs, and try to keep things running smoothly. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s honest work and it keeps us busy. We just try to do right by the projects we take on every single day.
