We are located at 23, 1st Main in Mohan Kumar Nagar. It’s a busy little corner of Yeshwantpur here in Bangalore. We’ve been operating as Dhamanagi Property Developerss from this spot for a while now. If you walk down the 1st Main, you’ll see our office. It’s nothing too fancy, just a place where we get our work done and meet with people who are interested in property. Dealing with land and buildings in a city like Bangalore keeps us pretty occupied. Most days are spent on the phone or looking over maps and paperwork. We don’t have a huge staff, just a few of us trying to keep things moving. The traffic outside can get a bit loud, especially in the afternoons, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren’t one of those big corporate firms with glass towers. We’re just local people who know this neighborhood well. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when we have multiple projects going on, but we always manage to sort it out in the end. People come to us because they know we’re right here in the community. We don’t go in for big advertisements or anything like that. We just do the job, handle the site visits, and try to make sure the buildings go up right. It’s a lot of back and forth, but that’s just the nature of the business in 560 022.
