Our office is over on 10th A Main in Indiranagar 1st Stage. It’s a nice enough spot, though parking is usually a bit of a headache around here. Designhaaus Architects & Engineers Pvt Ltd has been based at house number 834 for some time. We spend most of our time drawing up plans or looking at engineering problems. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and then heading out to look at sites. We aren't a huge firm, just a group of us who know how to put buildings together. Indiranagar has changed so much, but we’re still here doing our thing. Some people stop by just because they saw the name while walking to the main road. We don't have fancy brochures or anything. We just talk to people about what they need for their space. Sometimes it’s a house, sometimes it’s something bigger. Engineering is tricky work, and architecture takes a lot of patience. We try to stay grounded. We use the tools we have and get to work. Most days it’s just us drinking tea and staring at blueprints. It’s a quiet office mostly. We’ve got the 1st Stage vibe here, which is pretty relaxed compared to the busier parts of Bangalore. We keep things simple. If there's a problem, we look for a way to fix it. That's pretty much how we run things every day. We don't try to be anything we're not.
