Designer Homes

Designer Homes is located over at T-4 Sapthagiri Residency. We’re in the 108 KSRTC Layout area of Chikallasandra, which is a part of Bangalore that’s been growing a lot lately. Our space is tied to the Kumbla name, and we’ve been working out of this residency for a while. Living and working in Bangalore means dealing with the traffic, but once you get inside, it’s fairly calm. We focus on homes, obviously. People come to us when they want to change things up or build something new. It’s a lot of sketching and talking through ideas at the kitchen table or the small office desk. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees. It’s more of a personal thing. We know the layout of the neighborhood well. 560061 is a good zip code to be in. The residency itself is quiet enough that we can actually get things done. We don't have fancy brochures or a sales team. Usually, it’s just word of mouth that brings people through the door. We spend our days looking at floor plans and picking out materials that make sense for the local climate. It’s honest work, and we enjoy seeing a project finally come together after weeks of planning. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but the trees in the layout make it a nice stroll. We’ve got our routine down now, starting early and staying until the sun goes down over Chikallasandra.
