DESIGN MILIEU

Our office is over in Koramangala on 80 Feet Road. We are on the second floor of the building in Green Leaf Extension. It is DESIGN MILIEU. We spend a lot of time drawing and looking at site plans. Koramangala 4th Block is always crowded, so getting to work can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We are not a giant firm with hundreds of people. It is just a small group of us here. We mostly just focus on how things fit together. Sometimes projects take forever and sometimes they go quick. We try to stay organized but with all the sketches and samples lying around, the office gets cluttered. We do the work and try to make sure the walls end up where they should be. We have been at 72/33 for a while now. It is a good spot once you are inside. We do not do big presentations with lots of buzzwords. We just talk through what needs to happen. If a client wants something, we see if it is possible. Usually it is, but sometimes it is not. We just tell it like it is. It is a lot of staring at computer screens and then going out to see the actual dirt and bricks. It is hard work but we are used to it by now. We just keep the coffee going and get through the day's tasks one by one.
