Design Koncepts

Design Koncepts is located over at the Magacenter in Hadapsir, Pune, though the address mentions Hsr Layout too. It’s a busy spot in the 28 area. Our office is where we handle all the technical drawings and the creative side of things. We have a lot of computers set up for the 3D modeling and the detailed plans we put together. It’s not a very quiet office; there is usually a lot of clicking and talking going on. We work with a variety of clients who need help figuring out their space. Sometimes it’s a shop and sometimes it’s a home. We spend a lot of time checking measurements because even a small mistake can cause big problems later. The Magacenter is a good location because it’s easy for people to find us. We have drawers full of old projects and stacks of catalogs from different vendors. We try to stay organized, but during a big deadline, things get a little messy. We usually have lunch together at one of the small places nearby. It’s a regular routine of drafting, checking, and revising. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t; we just focus on getting the designs right so the builders know what to do. The team has been together for a few years now, so we know how each other works. It’s a solid environment to be in every day, even when things get stressful with tight schedules.
