Design Group Pvt Ltd is located over at number 21, 1st A Cross. We are on 5th Main in Bangalore. The area is what people used to call Bangalore 19. It’s an older part of the city, which we actually like. It has a bit more character than the new glass buildings out in the suburbs. Being a private limited company makes it sound very corporate, but we are actually a pretty small group. We spend our days at the office on 5th Main, mostly working through design problems and talking to each other across the desks. 1st A Cross is a relatively quiet street, though Bangalore is never truly quiet anymore. We have been in this spot for years. The building is older, and it has its quirks, like the occasional leaky pipe or a creaky door. But it is where we do our work. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy descriptions for us. It’s just us designers doing our jobs. We have coffee together in the morning and then get to the drawings. If you are looking for us, look for the number 21. It’s a simple place with a lot of history for our team. We have seen the city change a lot from this window. Even with all the new traffic and the changes in the neighborhood, we still like being in this part of Bangalore.
