Design & Construction

Design & Construction is our firm located in Jp Nagar on the 20th Main, Ramaswamy Layout. We are in the 5th Phase, house number 4 on the ground floor. It is a convenient location for us to operate from. We do both the planning and the actual building part of the job. This means our days are split between sitting at a desk with drawings and being out at a site with the workers. It is a lot to keep track of, but we prefer working this way. The office is usually cluttered with blueprints and samples of stone or wood. We are not a large corporate company. It is just a small group of us making sure things get built the way we planned them on paper. Jp Nagar is a busy neighborhood, so there is always a lot of activity outside our office. We have been here for a while and we have a good relationship with the local suppliers. We do not have any big mission statements or polished marketing materials. We just talk to people about what they want to build and then we try to make it happen. Sometimes there are delays with materials or the weather, but that is just part of the construction business. We try to be practical and straightforward about everything we do. People come in, we sit down at the table, and we work out the plan together.
