Our place is on Surveyor Street in Basavanagudi. It’s an old part of the city, lots of trees and narrow roads. We deal with dental supplies, mostly equipment that dentists use in their clinics. It’s a small office at No. 101/1. It stays fairly cool inside because of the building style. We spend most of our time answering phones and checking what’s in the storeroom. It's not a huge operation. We know most of the local doctors who come by. Sometimes they just drop in to see what’s new or to pick up a small part they need urgently. We try to keep the shelves tidy, but it's hard when new shipments come in. The traffic on the street can get a bit loud during rush hour. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. It's a comfortable spot to work from. We don't have a big sign or anything, just the address. Most of the time it’s just the sound of the fan and someone typing. We have a lot of catalogs piled up on the side table. We try to go through them when things are slow, but usually, there's a list of things to pack. It keeps us on our toes. Basavanagudi is a lovely area to walk around during lunch. There are plenty of small shops nearby where we grab a bite. Our office has those old-fashioned windows that let in a lot of light.
