Our place, Delkor Technik India Private Limited, is over in the Peenya industrial area. We are located at 108/D on the 6th Main Road in Phase-1. If you've ever driven through Peenya, you know it's a maze of factories and workshops. It’s not the prettiest part of town, but it’s where all the real engineering happens. Our building is a solid, practical structure that fits right in with the neighborhood. Inside, it’s mostly about machines and technical drawings. We deal with heavy processing equipment, so there is always a bit of grease or metal dust around the shop floor. The office part is where we handle the designs and the sales calls. It’s often quite loud because of the fabrication work going on nearby. We’ve got a team that has been together for a while, and most of the guys know their way around a wrench better than a computer. We don't spend money on glossy brochures or big marketing campaigns. Most of our work comes from people who know we can build things that last. The 6th Main Road can get pretty clogged with trucks, especially in the afternoons. We just work through the noise and focus on whatever project is on the floor. It’s a busy, dusty, and honest way to make a living. We have our tea breaks out front and talk about the latest jobs.
