We run Delcoprojects Pvt Ltd out of Bangalore. Our place is in the 560016 area of Karnataka. It’s a typical office setup where we coordinate our different project sites. Bangalore is a big place with a lot of growth, so there is always something to do. We don't have a huge staff in the office, mostly just the people who handle the paperwork and the scheduling. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and workers. The traffic here makes it hard to get around sometimes, but we try to keep things on track. Our address is right in the city, which helps with getting to various locations. We deal with all sorts of project management tasks. It gets pretty hectic during the middle of a big job. We don’t really do much marketing. Most of our work comes from people we have worked with before. It’s a lot of coordinating between different trades and making sure the materials show up when they are supposed to. Sometimes things go wrong, like a delivery is late or the weather turns, and we have to figure it out on the fly. That’s just the nature of this kind of work in India. We stay busy and we are usually at the office early in the morning to get a head start on the day. It’s a solid business and we've been at it for a while now. Most days are just about solving one problem after another.
