Deepak Wood Industries

Deepak Wood Industries is a small spot located in Rajajinagar, specifically at number 518. We have been working with wood in this neighborhood for a long time. The smell of sawdust is basically part of the building now. We don't have a big corporate office; it’s mostly just the workshop and a small area where we talk to people. Rajajinagar is a busy area, but our little corner at 518 stays focused on the craft. We make various wood products and handle a lot of raw timber every day. Sometimes the machines are loud, and the neighbors probably know us by the sound. We aren't fancy people. We wear work clothes and get our hands dirty every day. If you come by, you'll likely see us measuring planks or sanding down a piece of furniture for someone. We don't have a website that looks professional or anything. Most of our work comes from people in the local area who know we've been here for years. It’s a simple business model for us. We take the wood, we make something, and we sell it. There’s always scrap wood lying around and piles of shavings on the floor. We try to sweep up at the end of the day, but it’s a constant battle with the dust. It’s just how we live and work here in Rajajinagar. We like it this way because it’s honest work.
